STANDARD HOURLY RATE

If you're hosting a short event or only need select moments captured, my hourly rate is $350 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum.

HALF-DAY EVENT RATE (UP TO 4 HOURS)

My half-day event photography rate is $1,500 for up to 4 consecutive hours of coverage.

The full-day rate is $2,500 for up to 8 hours of event coverage — great for full-scale productions.

RUSH DELIVERY OPTIONS

Need your photos faster than the standard 7–10 business day turnaround? I offer rush delivery services for clients who need images quickly for press releases, social media, or follow-up marketing efforts.

Rush editing is available for an additional fee based on how quickly the final gallery is needed:

2–3 Business Days: 25% Rush Fee

If you need your fully edited event gallery delivered within 2 to 3 business days, a 25% surcharge will be added to your total event photography cost.

Example: If your event rate is $2,000, the rush fee would be $500, bringing the total to $2,500

Ideal for: Next-day social media posts, press releases, or fast-paced marketing follow-up

1 Business Day: 50% Rush Fee

For next-day or 24-hour turnaround, a 50% surcharge is applied to your total project fee. Due to the time-sensitive nature of this request, availability is limited and must be approved in advance.


Example: If your package total is $2,000, the rush fee would be $1,000, bringing the total to $3,000

Ideal for: Breaking news coverage, urgent media requests, or high-profile brand activations

Important: Rush delivery availability depends on project volume and must be requested at the time of booking. All rush edits receive the same attention to quality and consistency.

Second Photographer Available Upon Request

For larger events or more complex schedules, adding a second photographer is a smart way to ensure comprehensive coverage. A second shooter allows us to capture simultaneous moments from different angles, document multiple rooms or breakout sessions, and ensure no key moment goes unnoticed.

Better Coverage of Larger Events: If your event includes multiple spaces (e.g., a main hall and breakout rooms), a second photographer helps capture everything efficiently.

More Candid Moments: While one photographer covers the stage or scheduled moments, the second can focus on candid interactions and behind-the-scenes details.

Faster Workflow: Having a second shooter often leads to more diverse images in less time — ideal for tight timelines or press delivery needs.

VIP & Guest Prioritization: One photographer can stay with your leadership or speakers, while the other covers the audience or sponsors.

Second Photographer Rate

The rate for a second photographer is $300 per hour, billed in alignment with your event’s coverage duration. This includes coordination, editing, and delivery of their images alongside the main gallery.

Note: Availability depends on scheduling and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
